transferencia nacional e internacional (flujo transfronterizo) de datos personales tales como: nombres y apellidos, Cargo, n\u00famero de DNI, n\u00famero de pasaporte, n\u00famero de carn\u00e9 de extranjer\u00eda, direcci\u00f3n del domicilio, tel\u00e9fono, correo electr\u00f3nico, profesi\u00f3n, entre otros que est\u00e9n expresamente indicados en los formularios o formatos electr\u00f3nicos, digitales y\/o f\u00edsicos que utilizamos para gestionar y obtener el consentimiento de los titulares de los datos personales.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, los datos personales que sean proporcionados libre y voluntariamente por los Usuarios (clientes, potenciales clientes o postulantes a un puesto de trabajo) en calidad de titulares de datos personales, facultar\u00e1n a MERCATOR a utilizarlos para los fines de la actividad que desarrolla, para aquellos fines contemplados en la presente Pol\u00edtica de Privacidad y para aquellos que en su oportunidad sean indicados
